Raksha is a software engineer, a hatha yoga teacher and a home maker.

Raksha completed her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Kirodimal Institute of Technology, Raigarh, India in 2007. Thereafter, she worked in Pune in many software companies like Bioimagene, Cognizant & Synerzip from 2008 to 2012. She further continued her work journey when she moved to USA in 2013. She worked in USA as a Software Engineer at GoldenHour Data Systems from 2016 to 2018.

Raksha started her spiritual journey in 2015 with Inner Engineering Program in San Diego, California, USA which was a turning point in her life. Since then she has taken many other advanced ISHA programs like Bhava Spandana, Shoonya, Guru Pooja, and Samyama.

To deepen her practices further and offer this ancient science to as many as possible, Raksha took up the intense 21 weeks ISHA Hatha Yoga Teacher’s Training Program for about 1750 hours of training in 2020 and has been certified to offer programs like Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, and many more.
