It is an opportunity to establish sadhana into your system or to intensify your sadhana by doing it with commitment for 40 days which is called a mandala.
There are different periods of challenges that you can enroll into 40, 21, 11, 7, 5, 3. you will just need to follow certain guidelines, commit a practice you want to take for the challenge and just do it everyday.

“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. Angamardana uses your own body weight and movement and needs no fitness equipment.
Angamardana has four sets of processes - standing, squatting, sitting and lying down. In this program, you can learn each set separatly at your pace taking one step at a time and also practice each set independent of the other. You can choose to learn just few sets also. Once you have learned all the processes then there will be a final session with advance practices.
Yogasanas are physical postures through which one can transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing. Offered as a set of 21 powerful postures, this is a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health, joy, blissfulness, and above all balance.
Yogasanas has many asanas split into standing, sitting, lying down etc. In this program, you can learn just the standing set and few other practices. To further expand your sadhana you can then take next step of the full yogasanas program.
